Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3 to 14 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

If your shipment has not reached you 14 days after your delivery confirmation, it is important that you contact us. 

If you live in Sweden you may get it faster, 2-7 business days after receiving your order confirmation. 

If it´s a PRE-ORDER your order will take longer as usual. It may take 2-4 weeks before you receive your order. So please be patient!  

An order can be canceled if the order hasn't been shipped. 

As a costumer it is your responsibility to collect your package from the post office. If you can't pick up your package or don't get the package from the post office, then it will get sent back to us. We can then charge you for shipping costs. If this cost is not paid, the demand for collection will be submitted. The same applies to international shipments.
